Located in the heart of Wichita’s bustling business district, Hyatt Regency Wichita offers a sophisticated and elegant site for your upcoming wedding.  When you ask our experienced Wichita KS wedding consultants to help design a custom or pre-arranged package for your wedding, you’ll benefit from the years of experience and the wealth of resources within the Hyatt network.  Enjoy a complimentary guest room, elegant onsite catering, and discounted accommodation rates for out-of-town guests.  Discover champagne toasts, open bars, special touches such as valet parking, pristine white linens and beautiful outdoor spaces with romantic arbors and lush exotic landscaping.  Allow our experienced catering manager to assist you in everything from flowers and decorations to the bridal procession and the final goodbyes of your perfect day.


Our comprehensive Wichita wedding packages are designed to make planning simple, yet satisfying and complete. 


Please accept the following with our compliments:

  • Guest book table, cake table, head table and buffet tables all masterfully draped in white linens
  •  Dance floor (if needed)
  • King guestroom for the bride and groom on the evening of the wedding (with receptions of 100 or more guests)
  • No additional room rental over the cost of food and beverage for  groups of 20 or more that meet minimums
