To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Hyatt's newist ballroom, which is sure to create the an unforgettable
experience. Enjoy views of the Arkansas river through the floor-to-
ceiling windows, on the north, west, and south sides of the ballroom.
Take advantage of the scenic Riverview Terrace which connects directly to the ballroom and allows a beautiful Kansas sunset to compliment your night.

Gallery Room
The ideal space for a small reception or coffee break area, our stunning gallery room hosts 180 guests.
Meade Terrace Area (Outdoor)
Take advantage of Kansas’ mild weather and utilize our nearly 3,000 square foot outdoor terrace for an evening reception. Hire a local jazz band and provide passed hors d’ouerves for an elegant closing reception for u p to 300 guests.
Water Wall Area (Outdoor)
Our visually stunning Water Wall is the ideal centerpiece for an opening event reception, accommodating a staggering 5,000 guests. After you’ve showcased an exciting keynote in our Grand Eagle Ballroom or finished a successful tour of the Expo Hall, invite guests to mingle near the scenic Arkansas River and enjoy a spectacular evening under the stars at Hyatt Regency Wichita.
Lobby Terrace Streamline your reception check-in or encourage guests to gather in small groups for post-meeting activities in our spacious lobby terrace, accommodating 130 persons.
CENTURY II PROMENADE
Located on the hotel’s second level, the Century II Promenade provides seven flexible space meeting rooms, ideal for hosting smaller groups during a conference or convention.
Peach, Cherry, Oak, Osage
At 900 square feet each, the Peach, Cherry, Oak and Osage rooms are ideal for hosting conference breakout sessions for up to 46 people in a classroom setting or 85 in a theater-style set up.
Birch
Host a productive technology training session or launch a new product to your sales team in the Birch room, with a large capacity of 100 individuals in a classroom set up. As always, the team at PSAV is happy to help with all your audio/visual needs.
Cedar, Maple
Host your small company’s quarterly meeting in the Cedar or Maple rooms, which accommodate 28 guests in a boardroom style set up, and up to 32 in a U Shape. Allow your different teams to share their vision for corporate success, or simply celebrate the achievements of the year.
Walnut Our largest breakout room on the promenade level at 1,150 square feet, the Walnut room is ideal for popular breakout sessions. It can accommodate 84 in a theater-style setup or 54 in a classroom setting.
Cypress
Our smallest ballroom, the Cypress space is ideal for smaller conferences, and can accommodate as many as 320 guests for a wedding. Broken into two parts, it can accommodate groups of 220 and 100, respectively.
Redbud
Our secondary ballroom, the Redbud can be divided into as many as three event spaces or can accommodate a total of 500 guests. Ideal for larger social functions like proms and company parties, the Redbud ballroom provides an elegant space for any occasion.
Willow
At just 378 square feet, the Willow room is still one of our most popular meeting spaces. Accommodate 20 guests for an intimate banquet dinner or host a productive brainstorming session for 24 in a square set up.
Upper Gallery / Upper Connecting Lobby
Before you adjourn for dinner and dancing, don’t miss the chance for your guests to mingle over coffee or cocktails in our striking Upper Gallery, overlooking the hotel’s first floor. The space accommodates 180 guests, while the Upper Connecting Lobby hosts an additional 300 for times when extra space is needed.
CENTURY II PERFORMING ARTS AND CONVENTION CENTER
Wow your guests by hosting a large-scale conference in the Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center, conveniently attached to the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Your guests will never have to leave the hotel (unless they want to, of course) during your annual convention or meeting.
Expo Hall
At 93,000 square feet, enormous expo hall is sure to make a lasting impression on your vendors. Accommodate as many as 420 8” x 10” booths or tabletop exhibits, or gather nearly an entire town (of up to 3,000, that is) for a banquet.
Convention Hall
Host your annual convention in our 32,000 square foot convention call, where up to 5,000 people can hear a theater-style presentation or 112 can display 8” x 10” booths.
Exhibition Hall / Exhibition Hall Balcony
Still need more space? Utilize the Exhibit Hall and Balcony, at 45,000 and 17,500 square feet, respectively, to add on an additional 200 8” x 10” booths or table top exhibits.
Concert Hall Theater
For traveling dance troupes, plays of all sizes, and visiting musicians, our on-site concert hall can accommodate more than 2,000 guests.
Pear / Apple Rooms
Instead of adjourning to our conference center, set up press rooms and staging areas in our Pear and Apple rooms, which allow for 32 banquet tables (in rounds of 10) or accommodate 65 in classroom-style seating.
